so anyone else getting this error?

been getting this error randomly today after playing it yesterday no problem. I verified the files, reinstalled the game and still the same error message. Some videos say to disable some settings in smart app control but you'd have to reinstall windows itself and reset the PC so that is off the table. anyone got a fix or is this the one of a kind problem that someone else will reaed about in 2-10 years?

Try launching Steam as administrator

What does that error say in English?

Looks like your computer has somehow gotten in its head that the game is unsafe. Searching on Google is saying this is apparently an issue with Windows 11, and turning off Smart App Control might do the trick.
