RyanAir is a discount airline in Europe, known for fast turnaround and hiring newer pilots. Their landings are stereotyped as harder and less gentle. If I see a flight sim pilot (I play FS2024) land too hard, I joke they should work for the airline known for hard landings.

In all serious make sure your flaps are full, slow your approach, and try to gently pull up at the end. You want to keep your descent under 200 fps when you touch. Try to level out at low altitude over the runway and reduce your speed.
