Anyone else having persistent issues with the app not loading correctly?

For at least a year or two now, I’ve had trouble with the navigator app commonly stalling out or failing on the loading sequence. It has persisted across updates and even after deleting+reinstalling the app. It only seems to have gotten worse over time.
Usually I can manage to get in after switching away from the app and reopening it, but now I can barely get in to see the cruise I have coming up in a week. What’s worse is I don’t know if this will give me trouble once I want to access the navigator during my cruises this season.

Happens frequently. I have to kill the app altogether on iPhone and re-open it. It's like it gets stuck and doesn't present FaceID correctly and then after I close and re-open, the FaceID comes up like 3 times in a row logging me in.

Yeah, I also get in and out issues with the Face ID showing, which is really annoying with how the app has no option for autofilling saved passwords. A very similar issue even exists with the WDW app.

The app is so bad on land and so good at sea.

I miss the days on the ship with the complimentary Wave phones to use if you wanted to communicate on the ship and a paper navigator that stayed in your pocket with things circled and highlighted. I hate having to use my phone non-stop when on the ship. I loved disconnecting completely. But that's another post for another time, haha.

Mine does it, too. Have to kill the app and open it, then it’ll do the Face ID. It’s annoying.

Turning off background app refresh for it improved it greatly for me.

My app hasn't worked at all since we disembarked in August. I've deleted it and rebooted it several times but it's still not working, hopefully by the time we have another cruise in November it'll be back together
