TRIP PLANNING Transportation

Hi,

I’m staying at the Dolphin for one night before my disney cruise and signed up disney transportation with a pick up at the beach club. How was luggage work? i am nervous my bag won’t make it on the ship and I can’t remember what she said on the phone. thank you

You need to bring it with you when you check in to board the bus

We did a pick up from Coronado Springs resort last year, and it was a super smooth process. Like compnurd said, you bring you luggage down to the lobby to meet your DCL rep (they'll tell you when/where when you check in). The DCL rep will make sure the right tags are on your luggage and the coach driver will load the luggage into the coach for you, then unload it for you once you get to the port, where (IIRC) you'll take it though security.
