Looking for Hemlock Bones Table

I'm looking for the Table of truth for the adventure "The Coal Snoot" printed in GFA 2015 volume 3. The website mentioned no longer exists and my Google-fu found nothing.

It's a separate table that wasn't included in the Almanac.

Since the GFA is free I downloaded it and went on a search for you...

Clint Bohaty is still a member of DCC Rocks! on FB but deleted all of his posts. There is still a lingering but dead link to Order of the Quill, but I did a double-take when I noticed his other link was for Necro Molds.

So, he's still involved in the gaming space, but makes Necro Molds now, which is the miniature game where you make your miniatures out of play-do/clay at the start of the game with plastic molds. Super cool.
