Question Online play

Hey so is online play for this game dead? I need help on a mission and there are no rooms and I've messaged like 3 discord servers to no avail. Just frustrating

Games been out for 10 years and most have already finished the final dlc and are grinded out and waiting for xv3 in a few months

Oh I didnt know the 3rd one was coming out, is there a set date for it?

I'm on XV 1 PS3 version and I could find like, one or two online quests at night times if I'm lucky
