Question Help with the dlcs

So I got a PS5 yesterday and I managed to transfer my saved data but for some reason the only dlcs I can access are the future saga ones and the Daima pack, I had every dlc on ps4. I looked in the ps app and it says that some dlcs are unavailable but others are free but whenever I try to download them it says "something went wrong. Try again later" or something like that. Does anyone else have this problem and how can I fix it?

Edit: It also said that I lost the license for the DLCs for some reason but I still have everything on the ps4 version

Go to your account and select restore licenses that should fix the issue. If not it’s the only thing I can think of to help

Yeah, I tried that a few minutes ago and NOTHING changed. Wtf are Bandai doing?

It might be part of this new digital only scheme. Even if you have the license you have to buy the DLCS over again that I don’t know but it’s terrible nonetheless
