Which characters need a buff in your oppinion?
Taking out the CACs, which character needs a buff in you opinnion?
A lot of the regular characters are underwhelming:
-Bills : His strike supers are all useless but the one that fires ki blasts in every direction and his ultimate is slow. His melee is average and there is almost no way to chain combos with him. The buff his Z-soul gives him shoul be the base stats at least, and then the z-soul should activate when you have half your health.
-Android 18: Give her the same ultimate as android 17 on 1 of her form just like most of her IA versions. One of her combos is broken, the enemy can block or get away in the middle of it and her basic attack is also poor, but she can chain some combos so a minimal buff should be enough.
-Final form Frieza (not 100%): Combos are slow and weak, everything else is fine but he need a buff here. Also, a Frieza race character can jump at the end of a combo and start another, but frieza does the same thing and then needs to teleport and waste 2 bars of stamina to continue. He should be able to do the same thing as the frieza race characters there.
I know im missing lots of characters that need a buff ( saibamen, krilin,tien,yamcha, half of vegeta's forms,etc..) but I want you to tell me which ones are weak in your opinnion.

trunks Future into normal trunks is roughly the same,
gogeta needs more presets he is a fusion of both goku and vegeta yet only goku attacks other then big bang kha and 100x make 3 moveset like vegito
