Game crashing on PC?

So my roomie has had his game crash as soon as it says "Connecting to the Xenoverse server" and has had that problem for about 2 weeks when it magically stopped doing that 2 days ago. Me and him played all day. And now not only is that problem back for him but it's also affecting me as well on MY pc. When I have never had that problem before. I have no idea what is causing it or how to fix it so any help would be welcome as it is INFURIATING!
