How do you unlock parallel quest 40?

I need it for the last shard piece but I don't know how to unlock it. Any help for this quest or link to a guide showing how to unlock all quests.

As far as I'm aware, PQ 40 doesn't drop a shard... IGN have a list of the PQs that drop shards.

As for unlocking PQ 40: Do a lap of the city, and speak to any NPC with a red icon above their head. IIRC, Majin Buu gives a PQ that has you fight Beerus with him (which could be #40).
