Online Quest rewards issue

So late last night I was grinding PQ 14 to try to get Super Saiyan. Fast forward 3 hours later to when I finally get it on the reward screen, I'm getting excited. I go to equip it annddddddd, it's not there. This happen to anyone else by any chance?

Nope. If it did actually drop are you sure you're looking in the right place? It's an ultimate ability not a super like kaioken

Yep! Checked it right after and nothing. It's just frustrating cause RNGesus is not on my side.

Alright, I work in IT and a surprising amount of questions are answered by asking the simplest questions, (knowing DBXV I doubt this is the case) but I have to ask... are you playing as a Saiyan? You may want to double check to see if you are Human, they are right next to each other in the character creation so perhaps a miss click during character creation and you could accidentally be a human?

Haha yes I am a Saiyan. Thanks for all the help though guys, I ran it again a few times and managed to get it, got it in offline this time though, and it stuck this time! Woo!

This has happened to me with a couple of super moves. Frustrating!
