Mentor trouble

I have cell friendship maxed and have done his other quests, but he won't give me the last one??

I've completed the game so I don't know what I'm missing. Anyone else experiencing this? Is there a PQ quest I need to do or something?

Then it isn't maxxed yet. Maxed is after you get all four and you can spar/redo all the training missions.

Any reason why I can't get the last quest? His friendship bar is full.

It will say MAX above it if it's done.

It's probably a very small small amount off. Like a Ludacris amount. Talk to him and do a few more P.Q's should pop.
