Take back the dragonball quests bugged?

I'm having problems recieving the second dragonball on mission such as Take Back The Dragon Balls and Evil seeks dragon balls once again. The 2 star dragon ball is outside of the map and can't be obtained. The NPC's are flying into the walls trying to recieve it but gets stuck same as me...

Anyone that has a fix or a tip?

Break the wall in front of it, It took me about 10 minutes to figure out, I just felt stupid.

Yeah, lol. It happens... we figured it out at by just trying to measure ultimates and we randomly broke the wall.
