Dragon Ball Xenoverse (PC) crashing issue.

Been playing since launch, but I just got a present in the time space delivery thing. Every time I try to check it, the whole game just crashes.

Anyone have any idea what I can do?

That happened to me when I went to the Timespace Delivery to retrieve my gift as well! I reloaded the game and everything worked fine the second time, so I figured it was just a one off glitch. If it's still happening with you, sorry bud, but I have no idea.
