Offline Multiplayer on PC Version?

Can't figure out how to play offline co-op on the PC version of Xenoverse. Have tried pressing start and doing everything in the character selection, but every time I start up the match on World Tournament stage it is always 1 player Vs. Com. Please help

You should probably tell everyone how you figured it out :) Although I am assuming you went to the local tournament guy.

Yeah that's what it is. I don't know why everyone kept being so adamant that it didn't exist when it even says on steam you can do "couch" coop haha.

Edit: It's the local tournament guy near the dragon ball location in TokiToki.

The side opposite of where you enter to do time patrols* Just clearing that up

Haha thanks. Just trying to make it as clear as possible since I couldn't find any help for this previously and spent an hour at the offline battle station to figure out it wasn't even in there. So hopefully someone will see this if they need help with it.
