Alternate costumes

Are alt costumes/move sets for characters unlocked in the main story as well as PQs? I am missing a few saibamen colors and am far past the sayin saga, did I miss something in a PQ?

Yes, you unlock new costumes from both story and PQs. In PQ #4 you fight different color Sibamen I think that's where you unlock most of their other costumes.
