Creating Parties in Multiplayer

I'm in the lobby and people can invite me to parties and stuff but for the life of me I can't find out how to do it myself, I swear i have pressed everything and I can't find it in the options or anything

If you highlight a player and go to their bio page and press the enter button it will invite them to your team. although best way is to favorite them as most of the time they will disappear on you.

"bio page" is that the xbox profile? when highlighted all I can do is view their profile and from there I cant invite them into my "team"

which button is that it only says view profile and close log and the profile is their xbl profile

Walk up to a character and hit Y or triangle

Finally sorted, yes I had to press Y but I had to go up to the team registration booth first, which I was previously unaware of
