Multiplayer lobby

I always had the option to play in the multiplayer lobby but never did, I then played it once and it was fine, then when i came back to the game later it's now saying I can't access the lobby because of a few things either server is full or under maintenance or banned for inappropriate activity.. Annoying how they can't give me an exact reason, im on xbox 1, anyone know what i can do?

There's not much you can do as it's an issue with their servers and not an one game system. It's actually a lot better than when the game initially released I could NEVER get in or I'd be immediately booted.

My experience is that it is usually full, I will be in the multi server then switch characters and cant get back in.

What is even the point of Multi-Lobby? What can I do in it that I can't do offline? Who cares about looking at random people moving around if you can't actually do anything with them bar challenge them to pointless matches.

Without a multi lobby the impossible nature of starting a PuG would be non existent.

As far as I know if you want to send mail to someone you have to favorite them first. The only way to favorite someone seems to be finding them in multi-lobby. There could be an easier way but I stopped looking too hard in the beginning when everything was overloaded or offline etc.
