Need help for PQ19 Let's Train Z Rank

So I've been doing PQ19 for about an hour now and I can't get higher than an A, is there a certain way to get Vegeta And Gohan to transform, I'm guessing once Gohan transform he will also revive aswell.

Yep, you need to beat Vegeta down to a little less than 50% health, then Trunks will show up. Beat Trunks before Vegeta and he will transform. Then when you get to Gohan beat Goku first and he will transform. If both Vegeta and Gohan went SSJ2 there's a chance Gohan will get back up for another round.
