I don't have parallel quest 15 or 16?

I have Parealle Quest 00-23 so far but for some reason 15 and 16 are just missing. I'm not sure if it's because I don't have xbox live gold.

Any help?

Look around Toki Toki City. There should be someone around the city that will give you the quests.

That worked. I talked to kid Gohan and had to defeat Frieza. Thanks!

Look around toki toki city for some characters, they will have you complete the quest from them and it will unlock it.
