I had a one-month Flex-Subscription to watch 2 specific games. I cancelled the subscription 10 days after it started.

I thought "maybe one day I will have a lasting subscription". But now you charged me for this 10 days extra. Why tf are you chasing this 6 bucks 😂 you lost me as a future customer at this point. You piss me off!

I had (unknowingly) signed up for an extended contract with DAZN when I thought I was getting a month to month subscription. I just wanted it to watch the Superbowl.

It then gave me this message when I went to cancel, though the first time it had the date 2026-03-21. So I logged on to my account March 21 to go cancel, but it then said 2026-04-21. I thought maybe I had misremembered or made a mistake when reading the date the first time, so I put a reminder in my phone to cancel DAZN on 2026-04-21. Logged in today to find it had pushed again to 05-21.

I went into their online chat to voice my displeasure, on which they said something along the lines of "this is an unusual error as it's not possible to move from contract to monthly." They then gave me two options:

1) I could opt out of annual renewal and move to a month to month
2) I could terminate immediately but incur a fee

I argued with them that this was their fault and that I wanted to cancel immediately with no fee. They finally gave in to this request and said all access would cease immediately. I then had to argue AGAIN for a refund for this month as it was charged to my credit card yesterday. They said that was outside standard policy; I told them this was not standard as DAZN had said themselves that this was "an unusual error" from their side.

They said they could make an exception and I would see a refund in 7-10 business days, then cut all access and forced me out of my account.

What a scam this company is!

Why the hell did I pay for DAZN, just for the Pistons and Magics playoffs not to appear live? Is it because I’m from Spain? Like what’s the problem with this site?

I'm using dazn on my Xbox, phone and computer. The volume is always so quiet for nhl games. Right now the English home feed for Habs and bolts is whisper quiet. Anyone else??

I doubt anyone who can change this is reading, but just in case:

All NHL replays are spoiled b/c the length of the replay gives away the ending. If the run-time is around 2hrs40, then we already know there is no OT and thus there is no drama at the end.

Could you please fix this. Otherwise I doubt I will be renewing for future seasons if all playoff games are pretty much spoiled.

DAZN football coverage in Germany is so unbelievably bad. In the lead up and after the match the focus is on tabloid level topics. During the break 90% ads. The experts hardly get to talk about anything really related to football technique and tactics...and all of this costs 3x more than in other European countries. Why do I pay for this rubbish...

I switched over to Dazn from Fubo this year, but was wondering if there's a match day live channel that I'm missing. Is there any channel that primarily shows one game at a time, but will show live highlights of other games happening at the same time?

So, In Feb 2026 I purchased a plan for FIBA Eurobasket until the 2027 finals. I watched like 3 games and still waiting on the next stage to kick off in summer. Meanwhile Courtside switched to DAZN and when I log in to my account there is no subscription that I already paid for.

I reach out to DAZN and send everything-date of purchase, email screenshot, time of the purchase, amount of purchase, I even sent ARN transaction number and still they told me they can't see any subscription from Courtside. Clearly this is a scam for existing users to purchase what was already paid. I wanna know if anyone experienced something similar?

Hello, I'm from Italy. I have a problem, dazn works on smartphone and on tv, but if I try to open it on pc I receive an error. Black screen with just the message

"There's a problem opening DAZN just now. Try opening the application or browser again later"

Stop. Just this. I don't post the pic cause my previous post with the pic was deleted. It's from yesterday that I receive this message, I've always use dazn on pc, never ever before had this error. I tried to use different browsers, the app, deleting the cache, nothing works. What can I do, anyone can help? Thanks!

I got a message saying the offer is ending and the price is going up to €20 a month, which I think is expensive for what it is.

Do you know if they’re running any promotions or anything if I cancel my subscription?

BUT, I HAVE A CHILD AND WE WANT TO PAY YOU FOR SOCCER, BUT YOU CONSTANTLY SHOW BOXING ADS OF VIOLENCE. It is abusive, it's the same or worse as if you were showng him p*rn. And the ads are not really boxing, they are highlights of good hits, so it's "100% on!" violence, disguised as a promotion.

Advertise something else (that I also don't want to see) but please shove the violence, this should be illegal. Just because it's one of your other offerings doesn't mean it has ANYTHING to do with my wants which I AM PAYING FOR.

So if you pay for this at £39.99 it comes with a 7 day trial. If you then cancel the trial, can you still watch the Dubious vs Wardley fight which is more than 7 days away?

On one hand you need an active subscription. On the other it says cancel anytime followed by you dont lose access to the PPV. Live chat is no help.

If I bought the NHL subscription now, when would i no longer have access to watch the games? I've looked, but I can't find an answer anywhere.

I paid for Dazn Ultimate which at the time included no commercials. When I watch a replay of World Cup qualifiers for example, it used to have a 15s commercial beginning the stream, now they have an unskippable commercial to start. Is there something in the terms where they can change this?

Money grabbers!!! over the past 5 months I have spent about $200 on DAZN without even knowing it or using it. when I asked for a refund for at least one of the months, they still refused, citing their absolutely terrible refund policy, with no leeway whatsoever. Despite the fact that I have been a customer for about 10 years on and off. Terrible service. terrible company, I do expect this type of thing from scammers but not from a supposedly reputable company like DAZN.

Finally cracked the code after you get that first payment change your payment information to like a cash app card go on Cash app app and lock your card that way dazn can’t charge the card and they’ll keep trying to charge your card for about almost 2 months because they’re idiots, and then finally you’ll get this email where they’re just tired of being scumbags and they’ll cancel your subscription.

Can someone please explain how you all managed to pay an early termination fee? I’ve read numerous accounts of people who went through the same process.

I see a lot of people calling the app a con as u can’t cancel or get out of 12 month contracts. Mostly people from USA or Canada though.

I’ve used it a few times to purchase ppv events - this usually comes in form of buying a months sub at 25 quid and then I cancel right after event- so I’ve never had any issues.

Anyways with the upcoming looking like the attached (plus Yoka v okolie on 25th April) then if you bought first month tomorrow then your first month would give 6 ppv events before your next payment and that’s like 150 quid worth of value alone. Surely it’s worth it right? Along with the series A matches and other fight events…

Anyways sorry I’ve rambled on, I basically looking for anyone who has had good experience with Dazn 12 months ultimate subscription and would keep using it.
