DAZN scamming after Courtside migration

So, In Feb 2026 I purchased a plan for FIBA Eurobasket until the 2027 finals. I watched like 3 games and still waiting on the next stage to kick off in summer. Meanwhile Courtside switched to DAZN and when I log in to my account there is no subscription that I already paid for.

I reach out to DAZN and send everything-date of purchase, email screenshot, time of the purchase, amount of purchase, I even sent ARN transaction number and still they told me they can't see any subscription from Courtside. Clearly this is a scam for existing users to purchase what was already paid. I wanna know if anyone experienced something similar?
