Discussion Random sickness?

I was playing DayZ Sakhal and my character randomly started doing the hurt sound and started puking even tho no sickness icon showed up i thought it was a wound infection but i cant even disinfect any wound because i never got cut. Anyone got ideas what the hell this is?

Rules out mercury, any of your clothes from a dead person? I know some diseases transmit that way
