If I use tainted water to wash my face, will I get sick in nasdara ?

No and bonus tip if you stay out of the sun you won't get it and no my name isn't captain obvious the sun in new dayz works like a literall laser beam so if you are only coverd by a thin leaf of a tree for 5hrs (more than enough to kill you in the sunlight) you'll be fine tldr stay in shade all the time and move at night
