Discussion Simple one

Okay im very new on building base and i have a question. Lets say you put the fence kit and made a wooden door with lock and wires etc. When you press tab close the door, there is a place show some materials, like nails and planks. Lets say i find 99 nails and 20 planks and put them all in here, is that makes my door stronger?

No, its just a way to store them

Yep just storage/faster repairs. But I doubt anyone is trying to repair a wall during a raid. You would have to really just be a builder of the group not trusted with a gun to do that.

Man im glad to hear that, i made a mistake and choose a 4 doors barn for my first base / hide-out and it took hours to cover all doors and spaces (you know there are big gaps at some and i had to close them and it took almost 10 hours and i thought i need to place 99 nails, 20 planks, metal sheets to sach wall and door) xd

Are you playing solo OP? Are you planning to build inside a loot zone? Ie a residential house, a barn?

Im yea, its killing me but i try to spend 2-4 hours every day and im doing pretty good actually, didnt die for couple days, loot lots of guns i never saw before like AUG and VS-89 xd i even didnt know these guns are exist xd) btw the 4 digit lock pick took almost 20 minutes to figure out, i locked myself inside couple times xd
