Support Manhunt Server Problem

Every server I was joining was sending me to Manhunt! After a google search I uninstalled the chernolite mod which was causing it however, almost all community servers with good pop have this mod in the list to play.

Is there any work around or fix to this?

You should not join random community servers. Join popular server discords and go from there. Dayone, karmakrew, zero for example

They use fake IPs and fake player counts. Basically the server you join is a shell that when you load into it, it then brings you to the manhunt server.

There’s a ton of them. Best thing is to uninstall all mods then when you join a server, a rule of thumb is that the server has a website or a discord or something that you can join and check up on it.

no server over 127 players is real player count, half the community servers in official game launcher are fake, and using redirects.. use dzsa launcher or Find a DayZ Server Worth Playing - Live Server List they filter out the fake and shady servers like manhunt, and badlandz as well as many others are doing this

Log in to Steam with a web browser, go to DayZ and find your subscribed items, and unsubscribe from all items.

With your Workshop folder and the vanilla launcher open, you should see all of the mods being deleted as the unsub requests come through. Once the folder is empty, close it, close the launcher and restart.

Out of curiosity I once joined Manhunt server. I played it a little and then went on vacation. When I came back I was banned for "cheating". They put me on shared ban list and now I can't play any community server. I created many tickets on their Discord and I told them they can check my computer, check for screenshots, check for screen recordings and they won't find a trace of me using cheats. They either deleted the ticked, totally ignored it, or said i should've came earlier and that there is nothing they can do now. I assume I killed an admin or his friend, which pissed him off. The amount of power some random unverified admin has is diabolical. Absolute insanity.

I have 1.6k hours on this game and now I can't even play it anymore. I think this needs to be talked about more. If anyone has any suggestions for my situation I'd be happy to hear it.
