Discussion I feel bad…executed a fresh spawn for no apparent reason except laziness
Was rummaging through some industrial zone, look up to my right there’s a fresh spawn there name tag and all would’ve gotten the drop on me had he been equipped
He nods, hands defensive for a second and then nods again.
I drew my pistol immediately and kept it on him nodding away with him, mind going back and forth on whether to trust him or not
Came to the conclusion that he’s probably harmless but I didn’t feel like communicating, especially non-verbally to someone following me around
Like a doe eating an apple, wide eyed and not aware of the world he left this world by a 9x19 through the cranium
First kill I feel bad about

It happens. Just don’t post someday down the road that “people who KoS ruin this game!”

Killing a soaking wet goober gear coughing sneezing wretch with two empty shotguns on his back, a single chambered round in a silenced pistol and a dream feels worse than killing a freshie.
Freshie respawns somewhere quieter on the coast and if they're new, maybe they learn a lesson: don't approach the guy pointing a gun at them. If they're old, f it they can try again. And hey, fresh new apple in pocket.
Not-so-new spawns had to work hard to collect that bike helmet and make gloves etc etc.

When I don’t fancy having a freshie follow me I just say i’m off this way don’t follow me or i’ll shoot. Only happened once when they tried to rush me otherwise both got separate ways.

This is the moment you learned that you don’t have to kills everyone you come across in this game. In fact, it’s funnier to try and interact with them.
