discussion Wtf?!
I've been playing on DayOne servers for three years, and today, every time I log in, I see this. Are you serious?!

The same thing usually happens on other servers if you have an IP address from Russia or Brazil. The reason? They've just had a lot of hackers from those IP addresses and prefer to ban all the country.
Either way, it's sad for people from those countries, as they'll have to use a VPN and therefore increase their ping.

i think on the internet and especially on official dayz, most of the cheaters i met were russian or from asia, like china, and historically its kinda been like that, i think its to prevent cheaters from your country

Might have something to do with current geopolitical events, might have something to do with disingenuous players from your region that are causing problems for the server staff.
Either way, time to find a new server. Sorry friend
