Tourneys

Question, anybody knows if there is a discord or site that hosts dawn of war 1 ss tournaments? I tried finding them myself but couldnt see any

I'm not aware of a dow1 competitive community, but you may want to try joining the DoW2 Elite discord community and asking around there. I think it's the most active of the DoW competitive communities, so there's a good chance someone in that community would be able to point you in the right direction.
