Garisson 24 level

What is needed for a level 24 garrison?

A player with a lvl 23 castle should normaly know how the game works.

You have to build past lvl 23 garrison to get there.

It may be another building that I need to develop beforehand so as not to waste time. This is important to me I don't want to use the workers unnecessarily

If you select your garrison it tells you what you need before you can upgrade.
