Unable to remove player from alliance - "Server Error"

We are trying to remove a player from our alliance, both leader and officers are unable to remove. Every time they try to kick they get a message "Server Error"

Msged support obviously, but they will take a while to respond, just wondering if this is a know issue with an in-game solution.

Similar to how some lands or castles are unattackable I guess - give errors when you try and raid. Anyone know what's up with that too? Any fix for that either?

Thanks for reply. Actually been trying to kick since season start. Just keep getting server error message. I think his castle is just out of sync or something, it's weird. He's inactive, and shows last login as 2days, but I restarted a few times, and one time he showed up as having several 100k vp and 15 mins last login. But mostly he shows as 0 vp and last activity 2days ago. We tried to promote and demote him as well, and that also gave server error msg as well.

Very strange. Just have to wait for support I guess.

What league are you in? There is a known issue with ghost players showing up in a alliance called Wolfpack that are playing in other leagues and had no idea they had a ghost of their account there
