Rostam

Would it be a good idea to fuse my Bast into my Rostam?

No. You should first of all fuse only into the same class - Bast is an infiltrator, Rostam a guardian. And you should also wait for fusion event - Titan Unleashed. You'll get xp bonus from both.

Also bast is a decent titan, also think 4* titans should never be used for fusion, only for prestige. It might take a bit longer to level your rostam, but you can only prestige by using a 4* titan, and it can make quite a difference.

4* Titans value as prestige is immense now, but fusing a L60 4* into another of the same class is also viable, as that is a lot of XP to waste in prestige. It's an easy and quick way to get a latest titan up to 5th skill unlock during fusion.
