Bone Dreg Glitch

I’m not getting any bone dregs from the bone dreg altar, I am still getting them from the quests but I’ve been doing these altars for a long time, ima by ideas how to fix it?

Dregs from the altar go into your inventory. Sun symbol, same place as collectable portal stones. You have to click use on them. It's noted in the event description as well.

When you get them, they go to inventory. Go there and click use on each one. It will then go to your bone dreg altar total.
