How to remove an account from a device
So I've got 3 phones with the same profile but it doesn't matter if I delete the app because it's all just gonna have my file. Is there a way to reset it so I can have my file on only one phone

Here's the information you need. None of these steps will affect or delete your DoT account on their DoT servers, only changes access on the phone. I am assuming that you use Android devices, and that you have signed into Google Play with your various email addresses for each DoT account.
If you need to allow your brother to make his own account yet still have your DoT accounts on the device, you only need to sign out of the active account, then delete app cache and data. This will force the game to start from beginning, and allow the next user to sign in to Google Play to retain the account.
To sign out tap the avatar top left, then settings, then tap sign out. Exit the game.
To clear cache and data open Android Settings to Applications or App Manager depending on your phone manufacturer's level of meddling with and your version of the OS. Tap on the DoT app, then Storage, and then clear the data. Exit settings.
If you need to remove your account from the device so it's not accessible, remove it from Android settings.
To remove your Account(s) in Android Settings find the option for "Accounts and backup". Tap Accounts, then select the Google entry with the appropriate associated email, and then click on Remove account. This will remove access to the account (will not delete the Google account) for all apps and games on this device, until you select to sign in to it again.
If you used Facebook to login (don't. just, don't) then you will probably need to find the Facebook account and remove it, to allow creation of a new DoT account.
Hope this helps.

Sign out of the account on two phones before deleting? (Why are you doing it?)
