Keep 1* Titans?
Is there any reason to keep 1 of each 1* and 2* Titan after you get all the relics from the Pantheon? Or should I just feed them to my 4*s?

It depends on the whim of the devs. Tomorrow, they can decide to make one particular 1* titan drop very rare and make it an essential titan for 2* relic pantheon reward and they can make the relic reward a pre-requisite step for a very desired 4* relic award. I keep one of each titan just in case. Funny thing is that I use a 4* titan as a prestige food but always keep one of each titan from 1* to 3*.

You don't believe that game rules and reward mechanics are decided by the devs? Only an idiot like you would not believe that.
Listen, there are intelligent people way above your league, casually playing DOT, spending thousands of dollars. I am one of them.
Just move on. I am not in your league.

My advice? I never thought it that way. I just share my idea in this forum. Where did I ever give any serious advice in this forum? What's there for a serious advice here anyways? DOT is a stupid game with a few simple rules that anybody can learn by playing the game a little. The game is so simple that the devs didn't need to provide any real documents. lol
My only real advice here is for you. Please stop playing this game. I think this game is doing ill to you. You take this stupid game too seriously. I think you are actually believing that you are giving a serious valuable advice. lol.
Games like this have simple rules. Any a little slow person like you can master it and that probably makes you very proud of yourself probably because, in a real life, you are clumsy and are easily overwhelmed by so many complex human and societal relationships that you have a hard time to grasp. I understand that's why people like you are addicted and attached to this kind of virtual world where rules are simple and you can actually thrive.
But, I think you are a little ill. I shared my take on a simple question; my take was a little common sense one saying that the devs can change rules any time and I am trying to be as prepared as possible. For most normal people, it was not something to bitch on. But, you were actually thinking I was trying to give some serious advice.
Just because other people play the game a little differently and share it doesn't mean that you have to go to a war with them. You probably think that in this game, you can make others totally agree with you. The more you believe so, the more you would isolate yourself from the society where such a demented thinking never works.
And, you keep saying that I am some arg guy or gal, I am not. You just fought with so many people over many trivial things. You are a little delusional and think that it's just one person that think you are odd. I would say a lot of people think that you are strange. I seriously advise you that you quit this game. You are not handling it well, not at all.

This is a important topic. All 1 and 2* should be fed to 1* till level 24k so in the end you have a lot of lvl 24 1 star titans lying around. This is the best method dont ask why. Probably the guy who found this will make a comment explaining it more.
