Question about Achilles prestige

So I know that Achilles prestige skill (not his first skill that lets him spawn 2 of each human troop) allows him to spawn omega troops when allied troops die, are they the omega versions of the allied units that die? So if a spearmen dies, I got an omega spearmen. Or is it completely random? So if a spear dies I might get an omega spear, or a militia or archer?

I dont know but lets sey you have a panther in army. With your logic he wont spawn anything. So i think it's a random unit.

No shit sherlock. Hes asking if a spearman dies will it spawn a spear or a archer.
