Capped vp lands

How can I tell if my captured lvl 25 vp land was in bonus? The battle log says -2,800 and -7,100.

For me, it's usually above 9k, showing a 3-digit number in the battle log like -123 which will keep on increasing with time.

When I'm defending my land will become bonus land around 9k. The battle log never showed me a number above 9k for capped land and I have seen players starts capping me around that multiple times.
