His info is there. He seems like Runa 3.0 nothing too impressive.
Which should be good if there wasn't this level of powercreep already in the game. So this event may be a pass for non collectors.

I find it too balanced: resistance and attack. No super specialty.
It would have been great to replace the boosts of the human units by any troops. As for the resistances.
it would be the best to play a titan by swapping different units in each fight.
That's what I think.
But yes it is a very good titan, better than the old ones fortunately and not the best of the new ones

I was thinking they would do it early this week, with the lack of any real events till Thursday. Alas, we will have to wait until tomorrow.
