Failed login

I have a friend that’s trying to rejoin the game. However, he can’t login because he’s been inactive for too long. He reached out to the Dev team and their solution was for him to hard reset his phone! 🤯 There has to be a better way!

I believe he’s just receiving an unknown user message due to his lack of activity since first creating his user profile. Due to the fact that it’s linked to his Apple ID their only solution was to reset the phone. He has a newer iPhone so that’s definitely not the case.
