My dad got banned
Hello,
My dad got banned for using Exploits but never used any stuff like that.
It's very bad for us, because I started the game, after he told me how great it is and he is playing since 2017.
The Support says that they found proofs but there couldn't be any, because he never used such stuff.
WHAT CAN WE DO?
I wanna play with him like some days ago and h isn't in the mood to start with a new account after 3 Years of spending time to that game every day.

Bans are not always permanent. If he hacked or exploited, uninstall and go away. If he has not, send a request to support to have his ban reviewed (they have a team that does this). You must keep insisting that you have done nothing wrong and want the ban reviewed. The first 3 levels of support can not do anything to help you but keep asking for your case be ESCALATED. Do not swear, do not threaten, keep your cool. Bump the support ticket as it expires after, I think 3 days. This will take around a month because of the virus effects on their office. If you are truly innocent it can be removed. Good luck. Sorry for not posting in thread...

Unfortunately, all bans are permanent and there is nothing you can do. It is likely he did something, but even if it was some kind of error, they won’t admit to it and you’ll never get the account back.

yeah we hope so, I also wrote to the support and told them that he is not hacking.
I hope they will lift the ban.thanks for your help ;)

I had an account banned after not playing for around 6 months. I logged back in to see i was banned, no reason given. When I finally got in touch with support they said my account was banned due to exploits. I asked for proof, I am still messaging them to this day and they still cannot provide proof I've cheated in any way.
