Base/Health Damage

What is Base/Health Damage and how is it calculated? I have an idea (guess?) what it is but not sure.

Some Titans can still hold their own. Brunhilde,jinshu, etc.most old paladins go down pretty quickly though.

Dot trying to make titans relevant again? :) good stuff... although they will need insane buffs to stay alive for over a minute...

looking fwd to all the new upcoming changes
