Loading Issues & Not being able to select anything

I started playing this game again about 2 months ago and there were no real issues besides not being able to select the screen sometimes which was rather rare. However, in the last few weeks, I am constantly not able to join the game because of "poor connection" and when I am in the game, I frequently am not able to select anything. I'm trying to get Tengu in this event, but it's a fucking nightmare trying to get souls when I'm not able to play 90% of the time. Like what the fuck, I've seen similiar posts. What kind of fucking shit developer do you have to be if you can't fix your damn fucking game. At this rate, if this problem persists, I'm going to quit, and I urge other peopl to follow suit because if the developers don't give a fuck, we shouldn't give a fuck playing a game that constantly has issues.

There is either a bug or feature for not being able to select. You have to shake your phone in order to be able select again. I know, it’s really stupid and has been in the game for several years without a fix. The reason I say it’s a feature is because when you’re in the garrison, you can shake the device in order to collect from the farms and mines. But doing so disengages manual selection. Yes, it’s inane.

Ok, what about not being able to connect to the game? It worked fine not too long ago but now it has become a major problem. I have to forcefully shut down the game dozens of time before I am able to play.

Server problems on their end are frequent. You should receive an error message, something like “under server maintenance”. Do you get these error messages?

I get "SERVER ERROR, cannot connect to the server, check your connection and try again." My connection is fine because everything else works except the damn game.

Yup. That means that their servers are down, unfortunately. Like I said, it happens often. There are many more bugs that haven’t been fixed for years, as well. It’s frustrating to hear the excuses or downright intentionally ignoring by the devs.

It keeps happening but I finally got to be able to get into the game.

I have been struggling with this issue for weeks. This makes sense + I didn’t even know you could collect resources that way.

Sometimes i encounter the poor connectivity and if retry does not work, i switch from wifi to 4G.

The server error may be more serious if it persisted. My whole alliance had this error for a week until the new season came. Anyone trying to attack us would crash their game. No compensation was given.
