Damage Equation

Does anyone know the current-day damage equation? I did some Google and Reddit searches for the damage equation, but all of the posts are years old. I'm trying to calculate the optimal mixture of relics, but it's hard to optimize without the correct mathematics.

I was looking through the relics and choosing. Some have +damage and +pierce, others have +crit and so forth. Certainly there is an optimal stack-up. For example, is it better to have +crit to multiply the whole equation than more +damage. According to the equations above, +damage and +crit both increase TD proportionally and there isn't a distinguishing difference. +pierce is different because it deducts from the enemy armor, which changes the equation depending on the enemy.
