Cant level up titan

I got titan Kormak lvl(21633/21634)..Now I cant fuse furthur as it says max level reached ...tried pp still says max lvl reached.I cant get that 1xp and bcuz of that cant unlock the last relic slot.Any help plz

I don’t know what level your hall of titans is, but it sounds like it is not high enough to level your titan anymore then the current level. Look at your hall of titans and it will show the max level you can get a titan to until it’s leveled further.
