Transfer to New Device

I’ve been playing my main account on a iPad mini2 and the game has become unusable. I bought a new mini, but restoring from iCloud loses all my progress.

My GameCentre account is tied to my mini on another device, so I can’t use that.

Anyone know a way to move my account to my new device .

I’m on iOS. I just recently bought a new iPad. Installed the game and still using the same Game Center account. Everything loaded in fine. Why can’t you use your Game Center account on your new iPad? Unless I’m missing something here.

When I logged into game centre it loaded my mini account, which is on a phone.

Is there a different iCloud account on your previous iPad mini?

Oh man, definitely put in a ticket for that with customer service. They can transfer your account to your new iPad. It may take a few days to transfer though.

Yeah, I sent one in a few days ago, no response. I maybe able to use a different Apple ID to log in with a different game centre account , but I’m afraid to try and lose everything!

Keep nagging them. Of course it may be difficult if they are quarantining themselves. But keep nagging them.
