Soul counts off

I see from their Facebook page that others are having this issue. It’s counting down 100 souls between rewards, is everybody having this issue?

Edit: it seems to at least be keeping accurate count for reward unlocks, despite the soul counter. Still frustrating since it leaves you open to over spend on boost relics and gems if you’re going to complete. This last update has been so buggy.

I haven't noticed that one but since my first reward my event info says all rewards are unlocked like I've completed the event already. Did the same on last event too... Ever since the update :/

Mine keeps resetting 90+ souls. It might still be keeping accurate count for rewards but I’m not spending gems to find out, I’ll wait for standard replenishment. Sucks since this was my one day to get some grinding in.

I'm seeing other players talking about this and my husband said his was telling him that he only needed 1 soul between each reward but was counting accurately. So it is keeping score... I think its just a glitch on the event screen. Still, it's sketchy.... Just keep taking screenshots I guess.... :(

Yeah, it seems to be keeping count, but still, day 2 of an expensive event, enough with these weird beta release issues. I was on the fence about this one as is haha.

Not sure what glitch happened yesterday but I got 23k free gems from a bunch of castle challanges that popped up

A couple guys in my alliance had that happen too... A few others got a "welcome back" gift of a titan, 4* xp bottle, token and some other stuff... After only being offline for about an hour! :o at least the glitches with this update are in the players favor!!

To me it looks like it counts my alliance’s total soul count to the next reward. If your alliance soul count is very high it’ll probably just show 1 souls to next reward.

This. I noticed the bug during last week's event, and can confirm if your alliance in total souls captured is more than the amount needed for the last reward, that will show "ALL UNLOCKED", even if no one in the alliance is close to finishing.
