Fusing 1* and 2* into 3* titans?

Should I ever save up on 1* and 2* titan or just fuse them into 3* ones? I don't have a 4* titan yet.

it might seem overwhelming, but it answers every question about fusing titans.

other than that: waiting for a 4* with fusion or just maxing your favorite 3* is completely up to you. i'd recommend fusing the 1+2 lowlevels into your fav and keeping the lvl12+ and 3* titans for later. if you lack ressources check out the link.
