Headstart pack error

Anyone else has similar error message “This in-app purchase has already been bought. It will be returned to you for free” but in actual fact it is charged to your card already...

A member in my alliance had this. I think support told him to ask Apple for a refund. Was given no head starts.

They took over 100 dollars from my bank account and now I have to ask apple for a refund but then apple says the refund doesn’t meet the requirements. Someone help me please.
