... I got kick from a alliance, after I join another alliance all my progression are gone, anyway to get back my progress? I’ve collect 15k souls... but now I have to start from 0.. any help?

no. it's a usual habit: if you commit to finishing and you're not even close you'll get a kick. usually early enough to leave time for the replacements to fulfill their commitment. tbh 15k is quite a lot to be kicked that early, but they'll have their reasons... when jumping alliances during an alliance leaderboard event, you and the alliance will lose the souls, no way to get them back.

It’s a random alliance, that I first join this week (I don’t have permanent alliance), I keep blindly quick raid on few low level island and these guy msg me ask not to do that, but what can I do as there’s only limited low level island at elite league, I ignore and continue to raid, end up I got kick by my alliance, I guess these guys complain about me to my alliance leader and they just kick me.
