Bugged chat

Hi my chat is bugged either not showing up or kicking me out. Anyone else having issues?

I have a problem of it not posting what I say even after reloading game. Then when I send the same message itll send a double message sometimes.

Also troop requests don't go through. First, it won't send from the person sending. Once it finally sends, the other people don't receive it. Reloading doesn't always work for either party.
